Resolved Question: Which one of these areas of CA would you rather live at?

Bel Air, Los Angeles, CA Newport Beach, CA Beverly Hills, CA San Francisco, CA I am planning on studying in the field of Business. I want to specialize in Entrepreneurship. I Already have the list of schools I want to attend and most of them are not near these places. That's fine because I might attend a junior college for one to two years. USC is on my list but it is on the bottom. The rest are either out of CA or up North (Stanford University). I am young and want to have fun, be safe, healthy, inspired, make friends who are successful and intelligent and who can teach me important things. I just discovered that Elon Musk ( one of the people I look up to) lives in Bel Air. Befriending him would be life changing and very positive. I also plan on purchasing a Tesla Model S.
